Download 'Indian in Roman' Keyboard Layout

We have successfully transplanted Indian in Roman into a regular unicode keyboard typing pattern. The only thing a user is required to do is
a) to install the keyboard layout setup file
b) choose the option of Indian in Roman, from the language toolbar

When finished typing in Indian in Roman, the user may switch back to English (India).
